I saw this imposing mountain top that seems to dominate the whole scene that presented itself before my eyes and that cloud that looks like a hat, that clings to the top of the mountain and I knew I wanted to photograph this special moment. The scene is simple, it consists of several layers that lead the eye to the top of the mountain, however your eye is instantly attracted by this dominant peak and the clouds at its top, but the layers below with the forest bring that extra element to the image and so you can see better the greatness of the mountain. The image was made in Retezat National Park from Romania.
The virgin forests, national parks, natural monuments and scientific and natural reserves are the most valuable of all to ensure the continuity of life and biological diversity.
